Not paying deposits back
Have been waiting on refund for 4 weeks now and still no sign of it, every time I contact customer service, I am being told they cannot do anything about it and I have to wait for the warehouse to process the returned canisters and update the accounts. What an absolute joke.

Yesterday I was very unhappy with the response I got not doing what was promised to do. Now my attitude has turned around thanks to Kelly. She not only did what should have been done yesterday she went further and made sure everything was in order and kept me in touch. Thanks a lot Kelly

Problem solved
I had a problem with my new machine. The response from Sodastream with swift, clear, efficient and the person I dealt with - Kim - couldn't have been better.
New machine despatched without fuss. Brilliant.

My sodastream machine developed a fault. I contacted Sodastream via messenger. They replied promptly and were very helpful. Kelly was fantastic when dealing with my problem and understood the issues I was facing

Sparkle savers plan - warning no replacement bottles when requested
I was not able to order replacement bottles in May as the system didn't register I had returned my empties.
Complained through customer service whom said it would be rectified. Since returned another 4 empties and system still not updated and doesn't allow me to order. This defeats the purpose of the plan of returning and ordering replacements. 2 months later I have complained again and not confident they will rectify. If the customer care cannot fix this and refer onto the "warehouse" to log the return then that is an issue.

Michael was brilliant. My soda stream stopped working so I called a “bubbles expert” who told me they’d replace it for me. Hopefully I’ll get it quickly as they said……or I’ll be back.

Sent back my empty cylinder nearly 4 weeks ago and still awaiting refund. I have spoken to the customer services team numerous times who then blamed it on the warehouse... I'm not willing to wait a month every time for my deposit back, that is ridiculous.

Failure to deliver
So, I ordered and was told when bought it would be 5 working days. I called after a week to be told there is a delay at the warehouse. There has been radio silence from this company. They were quick at taking my money. I’m still waiting to be told that I have to wait for the delivery company to tell me when they are delivering a nonexistent product.
I would have liked to have been given information without having to spend more than 20 mins each time on the phone.
Not sure about sparkling. More like exasperating!

Gemma's a gem, give her a raise.
Gemma was great. Friendly, knowledgeable and sorted out my problem.
Not a criticism of the service but think their systems hold them back. Last time they were down for maintenance so my payment couldn't be processed properly, now they are not compatible with 3DS; the subscription management portal is confusing too, I think.
So great people, back office systems need improving.

Told me they could not cancel my order and that I have to wait to receive a notification from the courier so they can delay the delivery to then call again and they can then cancel it I’ve had an email today to say they have cancelled the order even though I’ve been told it can’t be cancelled

I purchased 3 gas cartriges 13/06/22 and sent the empty ones back on 19/06/22 still waiting for £30.00 credit from sodastream ( 15/07/22 ). I have emailed them as I am Deaf, thet havent replied. very poor customer service, very poor company.
